Members - Happy Healthy Hour

Join us for Vizcaya's first Happy Healthy Hour. This self-care focused event is our way of thanking our members for their support over the past year and allowing our members to sample what's to come for the next year of wellness at Vizcaya.
Members will have a chance to enjoy staff-led tours of the gardens, Visit the decorated rooms, and a chance to interact with our event sponsors.
At 7:00 pm join master yoga teacher Arianne Traverso of Bizzy Yogi for a yoga class followed by a sunset meditation ceremony accompanied by 3 piece sitar-band Periphyton.
Additional sponsors include The CrepeMaker, Della Bowls, Department Coffee, Health-ade Kombucha, Hi and Dry Snacks, Hungry Harvest, KiND Snacks, and Mariposa Healing.
TICKETS: This program is FREE for Vizcaya members in relation to their membership level. Registration is required as capacity is limited.

What are the teachers qualifications?
Arianne is a 500-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has over 10 years of experience teaching as a dynamic Hatha-Vinyasa and Senior AcroYoga instructor. She has served as the president of the South Florida Holistic Chamber of Commerce and is the CEO of the Yoga Expo Fort Lauderdale. She has been featured in Miami Luxury Magazine and Mantra Magazine, serves as a featured instructor on Aumm TV, writes for BeYogi.com and is a presenter at yoga festivals worldwide.

This event is a members-only benefit. We encourage you to take advantage of a special promotion where you can become an Individual level member and receive 1 complimentary ticket to Happy Healthy Hour. Become a Dual level member and receive 2 complimentary tickets to Happy Healthy Hour. Membership is valid for unlimited admission to Vizcaya (during operating hours) for a whole year for yourself, complimentary audio and guided tours, and more. Can children attend this class?
Children ages 7 and up that are accompanied by a parent/guardian are welcome to attend and participate.
Do you provide mats and props?
Vizcaya does not provide mats or props to use during the classes. We encourage all individuals to bring their own mats and any desired props they may want to use.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Complimentary parking is available at Vizcaya. You can also arrive by Metrorail at the Vizcaya station. We encourage public transportation users to please check with Miami-Dade Transit to plan their scheduled route in advance to ensure arriving on time.

Will the event be canceled due to weather?
In case of rain, the event will be canceled and a make-up date will be assigned. All registrations will be automatically transferred. We will immediately e-mail attendees in such situations to ensure their safety.
I registered and can no longer attend or want to give my ticket to a friend who is not a member of Vizcaya.
Please notify us at membership@vizcaya.org if you are no longer able to attend so that we may open up your spot to a person on our waitlist. Please note that, as this event is a free members-only event, admission to this event is non-transferable and we will not be offering any tickets to additional programs or events in exchange for not being able to attend.
