- Members must login to their online account to receive the member discount. A member discount is automatically applied at the time of purchase.
- Photography may require a Permit.
- The Cafe & Gift Shop are open. Picnicking is not permitted.
- Please be advised that not all of Vizcaya's gardens or areas are accessible or available at all times due to restoration, programs, event rentals or unforeseen circumstances.
- Bring an umbrella. As we are an historic property, we have limited covered areas, so please prepare for the weather.
- Discounted tickets must be purchased onsite at the Admissions Booth, including persons with a disability protected under the ADA and one accompanying caregiver, and US Military Veterans and Active Duty US Military personnel with ID.
Tickets are not timed. We allow entry to the estate from 9:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
** On Sunday, March 2, 2025, the Main House will close at 2:00 p.m. for an internal function. In recognition of this adjustment, Adult ticket prices will be reduced to $20 for the entire day. The Gardens will remain open during regular hours until 5:30 p.m.
